Due to our wooden products' bespoke nature, everything is made to order. For this reason, please expect to wait up to four weeks for your new Bespoak Designs addition.
Delivery times and charges
Once made, all our products are sent to you via a local courier on a next day delivery service.
Delivery to UK mainland is included in the price of your order.
Deliveries to anywhere other than UK mainland will include an extra charge. Due to the variable size and weight of products we sell, please get in touch so we can give you a delivery quote.
Payments are processed through CardSave, a completely secure, well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
If you would rather not pay online, it’s not a problem. We accept payment by BACS internet transfer or by cheque. Send us an email and we shall forward on the necessary details.
We understand that sometimes you may wish to return items to us. All we ask is that you return the goods, unused and with the original packaging back to us within 14 working days. Please attach a note giving us the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss whilst in transit.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full the cost of the product and postage.
